This page explains what information The Starboard Agency ("Starboard") collects through stbd.ai and how we use it.

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, email, company and message.
• First Mate conversations: the messages you exchange with First Mate, our AI assistant, and any contact details you choose to share in them.
• Basic site analytics: anonymous information such as pages visited and general location, used to improve the site.

How we use it

We use what you share to respond to you, to prepare for a conversation about your project, and to improve First Mate's answers. We don't sell your information.

First Mate

First Mate is an AI assistant built on Anthropic's Claude. Your messages are sent to Anthropic to generate replies, under Anthropic's commercial terms. Conversations are saved and may be reviewed by our team so we can follow up and improve the assistant. Please don't share sensitive personal or financial information in the chat.
